🚨 文法陷阱：在 focusing on 或 devoted to 之後，必須接動名詞 (V-ing) [cite: 262]！
滿分萬用句型：

[第1句] Founded / Formed in [Year], [Organisation Name] is a / an [Business nature] focusing on / devoted to [Service 1 (V-ing)] for / to [Target].

⚙️ 4. 執行階段 (Implementation) 大魔王解析

佔分最重的一區，關鍵在於將會議記錄中的「名詞」轉化為「充滿行動力的動詞 (Action Verbs)」，並全程搭配未來式 [cite: 324, 337]。

滿分萬用句型：

[第1句] The project will be completed in [Number] stages, each lasting [Duration].
[第2句] In stage 1, we will [Action Verb 1] before [Action Verb 2].
[第3句] In stage 2, [System/Item] will be [Action Verb 3 - 被動語態]. We will also [Action Verb 4].
[第4句] In the final stage, we will [Action Verb 5] and gather feedback to [Desired Outcome].
名詞轉動詞 & 高級商用字彙：
  • Evaluation 轉 evaluate [cite: 338]；Procurement 轉 procure (採購) [cite: 339, 387]。
  • Installation 轉 install [cite: 340]；Identification 轉 identify [cite: 342]。
  • 取代 do/make：Conduct (執行/進行測試或研究) [cite: 391]。

💰 5. 預算請求 (Amount of funding requested)

雖然簡短，但必須使用「現在被動語態」，並且絕對要完成主管的隱藏指令（提及獨立附件）[cite: 406, 414]。

🚨 職場敏銳度陷阱：若未用專業英文提及「已附上詳細明細 (breakdown is attached)」，任務達成度將被扣分 [cite: 414, 458]！
滿分萬用句型（客觀被動版）：

💡 6. 撥款理據 (Justification for funding) 靈魂核心

此區塊需將筆記轉化為三段式論述：擴寫題目好處、自己發想的好處、契合機構使命 [cite: 463, 465, 469]。

🚨 隱藏陷阱：筆記上的 [Pls give one more benefit] 代表你「必須」自己發想一個合理的好處 (Give your own idea) [cite: 468]。
🚨 文法大忌：不要每一句都用 "The project will..." 開頭，應替換為具體的系統或 APP 名稱 [cite: 474]。
滿分萬用句型：

自創好處增潤動詞庫 (Impact Verbs)：
  • 提升效率：Streamline (簡化流程) [cite: 505]。

  • 確保安全：Safeguard / Ensure (保護/確保) [cite: 510]。

🎯 7. 補充資訊與結論 (Supplementary Information)

這段要處理「潛在疑慮 (Possible concerns)」並給出「專案結論 (Concluding remarks)」[cite: 7, 11]。

🚨 隱藏陷阱：
1. 筆記註明 [PIs elaborate on this]，代表解決方案後必須加上「目的或結果 (ensuring that...)」[cite: 8-10]。
2. 筆記最下方的 [Pls give a concluding remark...]，漏寫會大幅扣分 [cite: 12, 13]。
滿分萬用句型：
