第一部分：透視考卷結構與資料對應 (Mapping)

一份完整的撥款申請書分為六大核心區塊。考試時，你必須像個偵探，把題目提供的零散資料 (Input information) 填入對應的區塊，並將名詞或條列式重點轉換為完整、專業的英文句子。

1. 組織資訊 (Organisation Information)

對應資料：組織主頁截圖 (Homepage)
教授解題步驟： 不要直接抄寫 (Direct copying)！你必須用現在式 (Present tense) 將網頁中的成立年份、業務性質、服務對象與內容串連成流暢的句子。

2. 計畫目標 (Project Aim)

教授解題步驟： 迅速找出計畫的「背景動機（大趨勢）」與「最終核心目的」。

3. 計畫執行階段 (Project Details - Implementation)

對應資料：會議記錄中的 3 到 4 個階段 (Stages/Phases)
教授解題步驟（失分重災區）： 題目通常給名詞片語（如 Evaluation of..., Procurement of...），你必須將它們轉換為動詞（如 evaluate, procure）。因為是未來的計畫，必須全程使用未來式 (Future tense) 或未來被動語態 (Future passive)。

5. 撥款理據 (Justification for Funding)

教授解題步驟： 這裡考驗邏輯連結力。除了題目給的一個好處，你必須自己發想 (Give your own idea) 第二個好處。最後，一定要將計畫目標與撥款機構的使命掛鉤 (Aligning)。

教授解題步驟： 點出潛在疑慮並主動提出全面解方，最後用強而有力的語氣總結收尾。切忌使用非正式用語（例如 "Of course, nothing is perfect." 這是大忌！）。
